The Phynd Engagement Consultant plays a critical role in the overall Phynd implementation process by working closely with client leadership to identify and implement the key performance metrics, and well-defined project and data governance standards that lead to client success with the Phynd solution.
The Phynd Engagement Consultant is responsible for ensuring that clients have well-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as the initial, critical first step in the overall implementation process. The Phynd Engagement Consultant works closely with all levels of both the Client and the Phynd organizations and is responsible to both Phynd and to the Client to ensure that there is a mutually agreed blueprint for success. In addition, the Engagement Consultant will work closely with the Sales team to support a smooth transition from prospect to client.

The Phynd Implementation Manager (IM) is responsible for ensuring that Clients have a world-class relationship with Phynd throughout the implementation of the Phynd solution. The Phynd IM works closely with all levels of both Client and the Phynd organization and is responsible to both Phynd and to the Client to ensure that the implementation is a success. In addition, the IM will work closely with the Phynd Account Management team to support a smooth handoff to ensure that data integrations, product features and add-ons, and new technical capabilities, are integrated smoothly and professionally into the Client’s workflow and organization.

The Phynd Client Success Manager CSM is responsible for ensuring that Clients have a world-class relationship with Phynd Technologies during the Client life cycle and realize the benefits of high-quality provider information. The Phynd CSM works closely with the Implementation Manager (IM), and is responsible to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to Account Management. In addition, the CSM is responsible for building effective relationships with Phynd Clients that result in high-levels of Client satisfaction, retention, adoption of additional Phynd services and upsells.
The Client Success Manager acts in a consultative manner to ensure Clients optimize performance using Phynd solutions and services and/or by driving the up-sell of additional products and services to satisfy Clients’ business needs.
