General Day to Day

The Phynd Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for ensuring that our partners have a world-class relationship with Phynd during the client life cycle and realize the benefits of high-quality provider information. The Phynd CSM works closely with internal resources and is responsible to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to account management. In addition, the CSM is responsible for building effective relationships with Phynd clients that result in high levels of client satisfaction, retention, as well as purchase and adoption of additional Phynd services.

The Client Success Manager acts as a guide to ensure clients optimize performance using Phynd solutions and ultimately continues in their partnership with us for many years.

To Be Successful You Must Be

  • 4 year degree, B.A. or B.S
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Account Management with a proven ability to maintain healthy client relationships, upsell, and a proven record of progressive responsibility
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience within a Healthcare IT, ideally including experience with one of the following: Electronic Medical Records, laboratory information, practice management, clinical documentation, credential management, integration, middleware, data management, or analytics software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication including Client presence
  • Ability to think creatively and identify, implement, and execute innovative solutions

QA Engineer

General Day to Day

The Phynd QA Engineer is responsible for maintaining the quality of the Phynd platform, and coordinate with the Phynd team working on various aspects of the platform. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential. This individual must be a critical thinker who can efficiently solve problems and work well with a diverse team.


The QA Engineer will contribute to team meetings and the overall engineering process. Must be detailed oriented, diligent, and coordinate multiple tasks within the team and understand the entire software development life cycle.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Member of the Agile Development team composed of onshore and offshore members; participate in the Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, iteration review, and retrospective.
  • Translate user stories into working test plans and test cases
  • Develop, maintain, and organize test cases and automation scripts for web application and APIs
  • Must participate in reviewing business requirements and obtain clarifications from the project team.
  • Document and Analyze test results to ensure correct functionality and interact with the team for resolution of defects.
  • Responsible for communicating daily progress, issues, risks, and quality metrics
  • Deliver project assignments on time

Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales Team, Marketing Team, Implementation Managers, Implementation Support Engineers and participate in the client calls during and after the implementation of the platform.

  • Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.

The Business Development Representative is responsible for ensuring that Phynd has a deep understanding of our potential clients’ strategic initiatives. As a BDR you’ll have half of the US and will work closely with Sales and Marketing to develop and deliver email and phone campaigns, designed to build interest and result in appointments with, our Regional Sales Directors (RSDs). You’ll work with Marketing Departments, Information Technology Representatives, Chief Information Officers, Chief Security Officers and others, to book them into Phynd sponsored webinar’s as well as appointments at the National Conferences we attend.

The Business Development Representative works as the foundation of our sales efforts and will require a result’s driven, dynamic individual who enjoys using solid communication skills to meet their goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop potential business opportunities for 50% of the hospital/IDN market in the United States
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to design and execute on a comprehensive email and phone campaign
  • Target all personas and c-suite members listed for each account
  • Work in and maintain information on customers and activities in SFDC
  • Secure appointments with personas for each Regional Sales Director via emails and follow up phone calls
